Overseas customers

Please note additional charges may apply to some countries. For example, UK customers will be subject to an International Handling Fee which is payable upon delivery. Please contact your local postal service to enquire if fees may apply to your country.

We use AIRMAIL New Zealand Postal Service for all overseas shipments.

Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country (liquids, perfumes and essential oils are the most common products not allowed). Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with any U-GO Product, simply return the package and goods within 14 days. Contact our office or include a note of reason for return in parcel. We guarantee to replace or refund (excluding shipping costs) without question.

What if my order does not arrive?
We rely on the shipping services of couriers and NZ Post to deliver items safely to your address, according to the schedules laid down by their companies. Unfortunately, items do go missing. We have no control of items once they leave our premises. Our on-line shop relys heavily on the shipping companies we use to make our business successful and it is not a good look when they dont come through for us. Thankfully, our experience is that these are rare occasions. Should this happen with your order please be aware that our contract policy states here that our company will not be held responsible for a replacement or re-imbursement of the total purchase and shipping costs. We will however, do all we can to track the missing item. If an investigation is called for by the shipping company, this will take time. Please be patient as this process takes place. Often is the case that compensation can be claimed, even in part for the missing item.
